A unit with Burn takes fixed damage equal to Burn Potency at the end of each turn, and Burn Count drops by 1. Once applied it ticks every turn, which makes it strong against groups; Burn decks revolve around raising Potency or Count and skills that detonate Burn for instant damage.
Tip: Burn ticks at turn end, so area skills that spread it across several enemies build damage fastest.
